Para los que no se hagan a la idea, 3000 coronas noruegas son unos 400€, un precio estupendo para una habitación en Oslo, más si tenemos en cuenta que tiene baño propio y está amueblada. Lo normal sobrepasa las 5000 en todos los casos.
Piensas que es una buena oportunidad o que no será muy céntrico; Nordstrand es una zona que se alarga varios km desde el casco histórico hacia el sur. También es posible que todos los gastos corran aparte.
Cuando me pongo en contacto para ampliar información, contesta un email explicando que la habitación tiene 18 m2 , que la casa cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y que todas las facturas están incluídas. Por si no fuera todo muy sorprendente, no dice la dirección.
Insisto, y además le pido alguna foto. Sigue sin especificar la localización exacta del piso, aunque dice que está a 10 minutos del centro. Todo incluido por 3000 coronas a 10 minutos del centro empieza a sonar imposible, por no hablar de que ocultar la dirección es una estrategia comercial bastante torpe.
Lo mejor viene cuando al fin me envía unas fotos, que enlazo aquí por si alguien llega a ellas como yo y descubre el timo:
Aquí vas subiendo las fotos y buscas si ya existen en internet. Y descubres que aparentemente pertenecen a un piso en Zurich (Suiza) que cuesta 485 francos suizos al mes. También puedes encontrar esta entrada de otro chico español que recibió el mismo set de fotografías cuando buscaba piso en Mainz (Alemania). Él también se dio cuenta a tiempo.
